Vermont State Forms
| Each spring the State
Council Officers and several PSDs gather together to review your
Program Activity reports and select an activity in each program
category to be recognized at the State Convention. The
submittals vary widely among the councils and those that get the
selection committee's attention are the ones that have spent a
few more moments in preparation. Action
photos, testimonials, newspaper clippings, number of people benefitted,
etc. lend more weight when it comes to judging one council's program
against another. The attached program report is an
example of a winning selection. Please note that not all
reports are expected to have this amount of detail. But if
each council prepares just one report in each program activity area
with as much detail, then your council will
definitely get the committee's attention. A handful of
councils have figured out this formula and we want to give all councils
an opportunity to be selected as "Most Noteworthy in the
State". Remember, the best time to
prepare your report is immediately after your activity when
things are still fresh in your mind. Good Luck to all. [Example report] |

At the recent GK Workshop the KofC Annual Plan form was presented for GK use. It is in
Excel format so the council program directors can use it for their
annual summaries.
